My responsibilities as the father

The father is actually the king of the house no doubt and as the head, he ought to be a source of example to the wife and kids. The father has this full authority over every members of the family, this is mostly practiced in Nigeria where the father's discipline to the child is not limited unlike in some foreign countries where it is limited. What am saying here is that this authority bestowed on the father should not be misused else it will bring lack of trust, division, disobedience and so on. And a father who do not live to the expectations of his children is considered as an infidel that is why I am listing these key points such that when you abide by them you will not be only a source of inspiration to your family but to your neigbours and friends.

3. Don't be too secretive.
4. See your wife as an irreplaceable part of you.
5. Consider your children as treasures places under your custody.
6. Learn to be a good listener.
7. Avoid quarrelling in the presence of your children.
8. Be hardworking, strong, honest and humble.
