  • Health as it is said is Wealth but I prefer the saying that health is above wealth because no matter how much you got in your bank account if you are not healthy, its nothing but when you are healthy and without money, you still have hope of acquiring wealth someday. How does one stay healthy, There are many ways to stay healthy some of them include


  • Healthy Eating, 
  • Exercises,
  •  Going for regular medical check up, 
  • Taking the necessary supplement that will help boost the immune system.
  • Live a healthy sex life
  • Avoid Smoking
  • Be conscious of the level of alcohol you take.

Most of the things that affect our health focus on the food we eat. Junk foods has been the order of the day and these foods are not healthy. In as much as it is unavoidable because we eat them because of the environment we are e.g when you are at the office and the only food available tends to be these junks foods.

Nevertheless we ought to reduce the way we go about it since it causes more harm than good. Staying healthy ought to be one of our primary goal so that we can actually be strong to go about our daily activities. What are the things we need to take in other to stay fresh and active
